Winston Churchill gave a speech to high school students in 1941 that consisted of the following words, “Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never, in nothing, great or small, large or petty , never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense.” This is the foundation that I must build on. To become tenaciously committed to a cause, project or goal and to never, never, never give in. I must always keep locked in my mind the incredible feeling that lies on the other side of reaching a goal no matter what pain is involved in getting there. I will realize great personal satisfaction and belief in my abilities every time I push past the wall and achieve that which I set out to do. It will be a learning process that will truly make a better person of me.
I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, GIVE IN!
DON’T QUIT!
